Jan Hart is a graduate from the University of Southern California. She spent over 20 years working for large Corporations managing health & wellness programs. When the Covid-19 pandemic began, it highlighted the importance of "wellness" in preventing disease and optimizing health. This lead to her transition to become a Certified Health & LIfe Coach, graduating from the Health Coach Institute in 2020. Today she helps others focus on achieving better health simply through making "habit changes".

Exercise tends to be associated with, "no pain, no gain". Movement, on the other hand, is about moving because it feels good! When something is fun & pleasurable, you'll be more motivated to do it! For me, the key is adventure. I like to walk my dog, hike, and do yoga. Let's find something you love that gets you moving!
